Shipping policy

We ship from the Netherlands to the countries available at checkout.

Rates and Delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. The cost is shown before you pay. Orders within the EU are delivered duty paid: there is nothing extra to pay on arrival, and no customs paperwork for you to complete.

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Screen printing equipment is heavy, and larger orders may ship in more than one parcel or by freight. If your order needs special arrangements, we contact you before dispatch.

Lead Times

Where an item is not in stock, the expected lead time is stated on the product page. Under EU rules, if we cannot deliver within 30 days and no longer period has been agreed, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Damage in Transit

Inspect your delivery on arrival. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, note it with the carrier where possible and email info@amspresswerks.com with photos within 7 days. We will sort it out.

Address Accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We are not able to redirect parcels once dispatched, and re-delivery of a parcel returned due to an incorrect address may incur a further shipping charge.
