These terms apply to every order placed on amspresswerks.com.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we do not store your card details.

Business customers with a valid VAT identification number registered outside the Netherlands may be eligible for a reverse-charge invoice. Contact us before ordering.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

Delivery

See our shipping policy. Risk passes to you when you, or a carrier chosen by you, take possession of the goods.

Returns

See our refund policy, which sets out the statutory right of withdrawal for EU consumers.

Guarantee and Liability

You are entitled by law to goods that conform to the contract. Under Dutch law this legal guarantee is not limited to a fixed number of years: how long a product must last depends on what you can reasonably expect from that type of product at that price. For equipment of this kind and value, that expectation is well beyond two years. If a defect appears within 12 months of delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we can show otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Any commercial warranty we offer is in addition to this legal guarantee and never replaces it. For consumers, we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury, intent or gross negligence, or for statutory conformity. For business buyers, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied and we are not liable for lost production, lost profit, or consequential loss.

Safe Use

This is professional equipment. Follow the manufacturer's instructions and use appropriate safety practices. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse, modification, or use outside the intended purpose.

Intellectual Property

Content on this site is ours or used with permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Applicable Law

Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU continue to apply, and you may always bring proceedings in the courts of your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
